Project - Y-Army
Indian Direct Selling industry needs a real makeover and we at Success Berry Global are doing our maximum effort to create Real Professionals who create the real Direct Selling experience to the associates. Our mission is to create legends in this industry.
We have initiated a Project Y-Army in August 2021 with proper intention to create World-class leaders in our business who can create real impact in the society. Name Y-Army is inspired by the logo of Success Berry Global.
Leaders who qualify certain criteria will be selected as a Probationary Y-Armian and who will be given certain business & personal tasks for next 3 months. After evaluation, he/she will be selected as a Y-Armian. Every Y-Armian will be given long-term trainings to make them capable of holding a good team and to be an asset to the Direct Selling Industry, MiLifestyle Marketing Global (P) Ltd., and Success Berry Global.
There are institutions in different levels who select the top performers of the society to make them better. If a top performer with 90% plus effectiveness, confidence and performance is selected and made him to 95%, actual value addition is just 5% to him and to the Society.
In Success Berry Global through Project Y-Army, we take average or below average persons and do a massive makeover. We groom them in all aspects like building the right attitude, build their confidence, posture, effectiveness and performance. Even is he/she reach up to 80% mark from a mere 30 to 40%, the value addition will be a humongous 40% . We strongly believe that India need orgaizations like Success Berry Global who work at the bottom level of the demography and show them an opportunity to be in the upper middle class level. Most of the institutions who work with the bottom level take care of their basic needs and they helm to remain poor and where as we support them to grow up and be rich and role models in the society.
Through our concerted activities in the past 4 years, we could create many Rags to Riches stories which include 4th standard drop out to highly educated. From employees to NRIs, Students and even Housewives.
