Manoj Kumar is a pioneer in Re-igniting peoples' dreams in the Direct Selling Industry. He recognizes that Direct Selling is the perfect industry for anyone to achieve Financial Freedom. Being a Big Dreamer, he was looking for the right domain since a very young age. He has an exceptional Professional Career with experience in Central Government, Semi Government, Private Sector, as well as Own Enterprises. At 27, he left a well-secured job in the Central Government to pursue his goals, and achieved the level of Assistant Vice President of India's second largest NBFC group.
After being attracted to the benefits of Direct Selling, he joined as a part-timer and later took up Direct Selling as a career, leaving his high-profile Corporate job and has created exceptional success in just 11 years. He has trained thousands of individuals across India and created vision for many people.
People seem to be downhearted about the Direct Selling industry, despite the fact that so many success stories have been created by it. He believes that lack of professionalism in the industry is to blame. In response to the opportunity he got, he decided to create a Real Professional team. He believes that India
needs this industry more than any other country in the world. A few years ago, he founded Success Berry Global to build a real professional and long-term sustainable team. In just a few years he has been able to achieve his goal of creating a very good line up of leaders. By 2024, he aims to create 'the fastest, biggest, and most professional direct selling team in the world'.
Re Ignite You
During lockdown, he started a daily motivation series in Zoom; Re-Ignite You, which became a great success and helped his team to think in the right way. Many leaders have emerged as a result. Today hundreds of people are waiting at 7 a.m. for his sessions.
